Waterlase Makes Me Smile!
A CONTEST FOR YOU AND YOUR PATIENTS FROM BIOLASE

 

To help motivate you and your staff to ask your patients to get involved with the promotion of your practice, we are launching a contest for patients of Waterlase dentists.

Between now and June 30, 2010 we would like to encourage you to invite your patients to share their Waterlase experience on Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube. The contest will reward the patient with the most creative posting e.g. video, photos, shared comments, and the like.

 

First, second and third prizes will be awarded. First prize will be a certificate from Biolase for $2,500 of dentistry at your practice, for the contest winner and/or members of their family. Second prize will be a certificate from Biolase for $1,500 of dentistry at your practice. Third prize will be a certificate from Biolase for $1,000 of dentistry at your practice. Here’s how it works:

1. YOU TREAT A PATIENT WITH WATERLASE
2. THE PATIENT HAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE (OF COURSE!)
3. YOU LET THE PATIENT KNOW ABOUT THE CONTEST
4. THE PATIENT TELLS THEIR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND OTHERS ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE ON FACEBOOK, WITH AN ORIGINAL YOUTUBE VIDEO, ON THEIR BLOG – ANYWHERE THEY’RE GOING TO REACH A LOT OF FRIENDS…
5. YOUR PATIENT BECOMES FRIENDS WITH BIOLASE ON FACEBOOK AND SHARES THEIR POSTING ON THE BIOLASE FACEBOOK “WALL”
6. ON JULY 1, 2010, BIOLASE WILL REVIEW ALL OF THE ENTRIES AND PICK 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD PLACE  WINNERS

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. Only Waterlase dentists currently listed on the Waterlase dentist finder website at www.Waterlase.com are eligible to participate. Listing is free and easy. Simply email your name, the name and address of your practice, your practice phone number, and your practice email and website address if available to info@biolase.net with the subject line: Waterlase Dentist Finder Listing
2. Prizes awards will be paid directly to the winning contestant in the form of a voucher redeemable for treatment from the Waterlase dentist named in the patient’s contest entry.  
3. Prizes are non-transferrable and must be used for treatment at your Waterlase dentist within one year of date on which winner is notified.
4. The decision of judges in the contest is final.
5. Winners will be announced on July 7, 2010 and published on Biolase.com, and various Biolase social networking listings, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn. Decision of the judges is final.
6. Contest is valid only in the U.S. and Canada, void where prohibited by law.
