GORDON J. CHRISTENSEN DDS, MSD, PHD

Gordon J. Christensen is Founder and CEO of Practical Clinical Courses (PCC) and Co-Founder and CEO for Clinicians Report Foundation (CR) and a practicing prosthodontst in Provo, Utah. PCC is an international continuing education organization that provides courses and videos for all dental professionals. CR offers unbiased research on thousands of dental products.

Dr. Christensen has presented over 45,000 hours of continuing education throughout the world and has published many articles and books.

Gordon and Dr. Rella Christensen are co-founders of the non-profit Gordon J. Christensen CLINICIANS REPORT (previously CRA), which Rella directed for many years. Since 1976, they have conducted research in all areas of dentistry and published the findings to the profession in the well-known CRA Newsletter now called CLINICIANS REPORT.

Dr. Donald S. Clem III

Dr. Don Clem grew up in Chicago and relocated to Fullerton after completion of his specialty training. He has lectured on the topic of regenerative periodontics and dental implants both nationally and internationally. Dr. Clem currently sits on the editorial board of three scientific journals and conducts research in the field and is a Principal Investigator on two major multi-center trials. He has taught in three institutions and continues to lecture in the US and internationally. He is a Past President of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Academy of Periodontiolgy Foundation and California Society of Periodontists. Don currently serves as a Director for the American Board of Periodontology.

Dr. Justin Chi is director of clinical technologies at Glidewell Dental, where he assesses, validates and provides clinical insight on the latest CAD/CAM technologies and materials created by the company’s Research & Development department. Prior to joining Glidewell Dental in 2015, he graduated from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, received a degree in dental laboratory technology from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Dentistry, and worked at E4D Technologies as both a dental technician and clinical educator.

Dr. Jeffrey Harrison is Founder and CEO of Colorado Laser Dentistry, PC.  He is a graduate of the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry and completed a General Practice Residency at St John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, MO.  Dr. Harrison has been using lasers in his practice since 1999. He achieved Mastership Certification through the World Clinical Laser Institute in 2008, and is proud to have been part of the Gordon Christensen Mentorship and Spear Education programs at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry.

Dr. Majan Jones

Dr. Majan Jones is an honours graduate of University of Queensland. After working in private practices in Brisbane and Sydney as well as lecturing at the University of Qld, Dr Jones opened Enhance Dentistry in 2010. Along with her work in cosmetic and general dentistry she is a highly experienced laser dentist with emphasis in the treatment of tongue and lip ties in patients of all ages. She is a founder and director of the Tongue Tie Institute. Dr Jones regularly speaks on the diagnosis, treatment and life long effects of tongue and lip tie.

Dr. Marina Polonsky

Marina Polonsky, DDS is a full time general dentist and owner of the Alta Vista Laser Dental Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. She graduated with Dean's Gold Medal from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 1999. She is a member of OKU Honour Dental Society.Currently, in her free time, she teaches introductory laser courses, live laser demonstrations in her office, laser safety courses, Diode laser certification courses and hard tissue laser certification courses.

Dr. Steven Luccarelli

Dr. Luccarelli graduated from Fordham University in 1981, where he received the Excellence in Pre-medicine Award and he continued his education at Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental society and received several other honors, including the Excellence in Pediatric and Operative Dentistry Award. Dr. Luccarelli completed his clinical specialty training and earned his orthodontic certificate from Columbia University in 1987, he became board certified in 1998 and was awarded Diplomate Status from the American Board of Orthodontics in May of that year.

Dr. Kolnick attended dental school at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. After graduating cum laude in 1977, he was awarded the university scholarship for overseas postgraduate study. In 1982, he graduated from the postdoctoral endodontic program at Columbia University. Dr. Kolnick entered into endodontics practice in 1982 in White Plains, New York. Dr. Kolnick has been committed to endodontic education, first as an associate clinical professor in endodontics at Columbia University and then as an attending at Westchester Medical Center and associate clinical professor in endodontics at New York Medical College. He is a speaker for the American Association of Endodontists and has lectured extensively and published numerous articles on endodontics.

Dr. Christopher J. Walkinski

Dr. Christopher J. Walinski

Christopher J. Walinski, DDS has been an author, inventor and innovator in Laser Dentistry for over two decades. His 2003 text on laser dentistry has been published in over ten languages. He is the Executive Director of the World Clinical Laser Institute; the largest organization of its kind and is a Founding member of the American Academy of Oral Systemic Health. Chris is past Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Laser Assisted Dentistry, and is a Diplomate and Past-President of the World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistry. At The Touro College of Dental Medicine, he is an Associate Professor and Laser Safety Officer. He is also a Visiting Professor at Taipei Medical University College of Oral Medicine, and frequent lecturer at Harvard University, emphasizing dentistry using lasers and other minimally-invasive techniques.

Dr. Preety Desai

Dr Preety Desai is a clinical associate professor at the University of British Columbia in the Dept of Periodontics and a pioneer in the field of laser dentistry in periodontics and implant surgery since 2006. She has lectured internationally, is a published author and has honed surgical skills and techniques with the Er,Cr:YSGG laser application in the field of gingival grafting, extractions, socket and ridge preservation, sinus lifts and periodontal pocket & peri-implantitis therapy. Dr Desai graduated from McGill Dentistry, completed residency at the Hospital for Sick Children and specialized in periodontics at the University of British Columbia, and has a Mastership Diploma in Laser Dentistry from Aachen University.

Dr. Greggory Kinzer is a native of Washington State. He grew up in Walla Walla, WA and attended the University of Washington for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He received his D.D.S. degree in 1995 and his M.S.D. and certificate in Prosthodontics in 1998. Dr. Kinzer is a gifted academician and clinician and is considered an expert in restorative and esthetic dentistry around the world. His interdisciplinary approach to dentistry is founded in both empirical research and clinical experience

Dr. Russell Morrow

Dr. Russell Morrow attended New York University College of Dentistry earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Utah, with a major in Exercise Sports Science. He is a graduate of Las Vegas Institute for Aesthetic Dentistry and is a Presidents Club recipient from Heartland Dental from 2012, 2013 and 2014 for his leadership, advanced dental skill and service to the dental community. He has been placed among Americas Top Dentists numerous times and is a Preferred Provider and lecturer for Invisalign.

Dr. Howard Golan

Dr. Howard Golan

Dr. Howard Golan is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He completed a general practice residency at North Shore University Hospital on Long Island, NY. After his GPR, Dr. Golan completed a two-year Implant Surgery and Advanced Prosthetic Fellowship at NSUH. He maintains a busy private practice on Long Island that he shares with his father Dr. Marshall Golan. He is the co-founder of the Center for Laser Education and is a faculty instructor with the World Clinical Laser Institute.

Dr. William Chen

Dr. Chen is a graduate of Washington University School of Dental Medicine, St. Louis Missouri and is in private practice. He is an active lecturer, trainer, and researcher in laser dentistry. He is the founder of The Chen Laser Institute and was the chief investigator for BIOLASE in getting FDA clearance for Er,Cr:YSGG laser root canal therapy and bone application. He is one of the founding members of World Clinical Laser Institute (WCLI) and is the author of “The Clinical Application of the Er,Cr:YSGG Laser Systems” an atlas of laser procedures in all disciplines of dentistry and numerous other articles. His honors include Mastership of the Academy of General Dentistry, Fellow of the American College of Dentists and Fellow of the International College of Dentists.

Samuel B. Low, D.D.S., M.S., M.Ed., Professor Emeritus, University of Florida, College of Dentistry; Associate faculty member of the Pankey Institute with more than 30 years of private practice experience in periodontics, lasers and implant placement. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and past President of the American Academy of Periodontology, and is affiliated with the Florida Probe Corporation. He was selected “Dentist of the Year” by the Florida Dental Association, Distinguished Alumnus by the University of Texas Dental School, and the Gordon Christensen Lecturer Recognition Award. He is a Past President of the Florida Dental Association and past ADA Trustee.

Lynn Atkinson, RDH

Lynn Atkinson, RDH

Lynn Atkinson is an active member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD), the American Dental Hygiene Association, and is a Hygiene Member of the BIOLASE Advisory Board for Southern California with over 36 years of experience in the dental field. She received her Standard Proficiency Certification through the ALD in 2013 and is obtaining her Advanced Proficiency Certification, while concurrently working full-time, treating patients and training hygienists on effective laser techniques.

Valerie Dangler graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science and received AAS Degree in Dental Hygiene from Rio Salado College. She holds a Laser certification from The Academy of Laser Dentistry. Valerie has spent the last 25 years in the dental industry having served as a Dental Assistant, Office Manager, Registered Dental Hygienist, Hygiene Educator, Regional Operations Manager, Director of Hygiene, and Practice Management Consultant. Valerie is a proud recipient of the Hu-Friedy® Golden Scaler award and an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. Valerie is on Faculty at Align Technologies, and is a KOL for the Dental Hygiene Coding Committee, BIOLASE, GC America and LED Dental.

Lina Dawli, RDH

Lina Dawli is a Registered Dental Hygienist, public speaker and dental consultant From Montreal, Qc. She graduated from John Abbott college in 2009 and since then she has worked as a dental hygienist and office manager specializing in restorative dentistry and orthodontics. Lina firmly believes in the importance of effective patient education and comprehensive treatment planning for her patients. In the last few years she thrived to develop her skills in these departments. Her continuing education covers diverse topics as Dental sleep medicine, Periodontics and Office management. Lina is a proud Master Faculty and KOL at Align Technologies Inc.

Sandra Lambert, RDA

Sandra Lambert is currently the Patient Care Coordinator at Giannini/Gray Dental Partners in Washington, DC. She has 25+ years of experience in the dental field, with expertise in the areas of dental assisting, hygiene coordinator, finance/comptroller, and practice administrator. Sandra is a digital workflow integrator, international speaker and team trainer. She graduated from Berkeley College with a degree in marketing and management, completed her RDA program through the Ninth District Dental Society, certified CNA/GNA through Montgomery College.

Shannon Pace-Brinker, CDA

Shannon Pace-Brinker, CDA

Shannon Pace Brinker is national and international speaker, published author of over 300 articles for various publications and she has been a practicing dental assistant for over 25 years. Shannon has taught over 2,000 classes on dental assisting technique and over 60,000 dental assistants over the last 6 years alone. Shannon has taught at the Nash Institute, Dawson Academy and Spear Education, instructing through both lectures and hands-on programs. Shannon was awarded the Rising Star Award from the AACD, is recognized as one of Dentistry Today’s Top 100 Clinicians for the last 10 years, as well as Dental Products Report 25 most influential women in dentistry. She also received the Lucy Hobbs Award, and Dr. Bicuspid’s Dental Assistant Educator of the year.

As an articulate and results-oriented dental industry speaker, trainer, and clinician, Cathy Przykuki is recognized for her natural ability to connect and effectively communicate with patients and colleagues. Her expertise, experience, and leadership qualities help professionals level-up and achieve results that align with their vision of success.

Paula Quinn, RDH

Paula Quinn has over 27 years of dentistry, public speaking and coaching experience. Her expertise in interoffice communication and her background and experiences, in and out of the dental practice, give her a unique skill set that brings value to each of her mentoring, speaking, and consulting engagements. Paula served as a dental assistant and front office administrator while putting herself through hygiene school at Indiana University. Upon completion, Paula moved to Arizona where she continued her education receiving her anesthetic and laser certificate as well as her Bachelor of Science Dental Hygiene at Northern Arizona University. Paula owns several of her own businesses, is a practicing dental hygienist and also a speaker for Invisalign.

Anja Shirley is an experienced speaker with a demonstrated history of working in the medical device industry. Anja is a strong educator skilled in Event Planning, Clinical Research, Customer Service, Dentistry, and Strategic Planning. She graduated from Portland Community College.

Angie Wallace, RDH

Angie Wallace has been a clinical hygienist for over 30 years. She is a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD), where she obtained her Advanced level proficiency, her Educator Status and received her ALD Recognized Course Provider 2007 and her Mastership with ALD in 2008. Angie is currently serving as Co-Chair for Regulatory Affairs for the ALD Board of Directors and serves on the Auxiliary, Education, Eugene Seidner Student Scholar and the Certification Committees. She was the recipient of the 2014 John G. Sulewski, Distinguished Service Award from the Academy of Laser Dentistry. Angie has been recognized as a worldwide speaker, a past presenter for the ALD, RDH Under one Roof, Greater New York, Yankee, California Dental Association and American Dental Association as well as several State Boards annual meetings. She has had articles published with RDH and JPH magazines. She has written a several chapters for laser books and has co-authored her own book about laser hygiene.
